OSHA’s recent publication of its Guide to Restroom Access for Transgender Workers (“Guide”) further forged OSHA’s foray into the spotlight of the hotly prolific LBGT rights discussion. Upstream Oil, Gas Hazards Added to OSHA Severe Violator Program as “High-Emphasis Hazards”
